Doing a proper a regular exercise will help you to maintain a fit body. It has been proven that, proper exercise will provide you a healthy life. The exercise is not only a physical activity; it also contains the mental activity. The healthy mind makes you a healthy body.

The exercise can be broadly classified into three divisions. They are flexibility exercise, aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The following contents will explain about these divisions in detail.

Flexibility Exercise: The flexibility exercise should be done at the start and end of the exercise; it will raise the circulation of blood. Due to this exercise, the stiffness of the bone joints will get relaxes which makes the joints as flexible. When you take a flexibility exercise before starting an exercise or going for sports, then the possibility of injury during an exercise or sports will be decreased. 

Aerobic Exercise: The strength of your heart will be increased by doing this aerobic exercise. This exercise will be like a dance movement step. So, it will be done by using the musical rhythmic sound. This exercise is successfully followed from a lot of periods. The weight loss procedure like walking and skipping are also comes under this aerobic exercise.

Anaerobic Exercise: The anaerobic exercise is something related to weight gaining procedure. The main target of this exercise is to increase the muscles of human body. It will increase the weight of the muscle. This exercise should be targeted to a particular muscle and will be performed towards that muscle. 

The exercise contains lot of advantages. It helps to maintain the proper body function. Nowadays, the people have a fast lifestyle. So, they don’t have time to take a sleep or eat. This makes them to weaken their health.  Doing a regular exercise will prevent them from unhealthy life.

Your body needs to tackle your exercise. So, it is advised for the people to follow the proper exercise at particular time periods. Because, spending more time for exercise or improper exercise will spoil your health.

How is migraine and serotonin connected with each other?

Serotonin is a kind of chemical that is used to transmit the nerve message and at most instances this chemical is associated with depressions. Some of the migraine abortive drugs like the triptants and St. John’s Wort also affect the levels of serotonin in the body. At most cases these medicines are taken as a part of the migraine medication without even thinking about its affect on the serotonin levels in the body. So it is important for such sufferers to know about the necessary medication and precautions to avoid the serotonin over dosage in the body.

The serotonin syndrome can be better explained as the over dosage of serotonin in the body level. High levels of the serotonin syndrome can also affect the usual body processes such as the breathing and the flow of blood. It would always be better to avoid taking too much of tablets other than the prescribed ones even while you feel any physical discomforts.
